1. 本會不接受參加者因私人事故而缺席活動之退款申請。The Association does not accept refund requests for absence due to a participant’s personal reasons.
2. 如報名人數不足，舉辦單位保留取消活動的權利，以確保資源善用；參加者所繳費用，會按程序全數退回。If registrations are insufficient, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the event to ensure good use of resources; fees paid are refunded in full according to procedure.
3. 如活動遇特別事故（例如：颱風、暴雨、疫症等）或舉辦單位因行政理由（例如：導師生病、突發性停電等），導致活動未能如期舉行，舉辦單位將在情況許可下，安排補課或改期。If the event is affected by special circumstances (e.g. typhoon, rainstorm, epidemic) or by the organiser’s administrative reasons (e.g. instructor illness, sudden power outage) and cannot be held as scheduled, the organiser will, where circumstances permit, arrange a make-up session or reschedule.
4. 倘若單位因上述(3)之原因而導致活動取消，參加者所繳費用，會按程序退回。Should the event be cancelled for the reasons in (3) above, fees paid are refunded according to procedure.
5. 舉辦單位保留更改活動及退款決定的權利。The organiser reserves the right to change the event and to make refund decisions.
